Free Challenge - How it works?

Here's how the challenge works:
Every morning at 6:30 a.m., participants receive an email with a with a 15-minute video, designed to be simple, efficient and accessible, even with a busy schedule.
The videos remain available until the following Wednesday, allowing everyone to follow them, or replay them, at their own pace.
To participate, you’ll need:
- A stable chair (without wheels or armrests)
- Des Comfortable clothing
- A littlespace around you to move freely
Be sure to add yogapourtoi@hotmail.com to your contacts to avoid missing any emails. If you don’t see them, check your spam or junk folder.
