Here\u2019s how the online classes work and the weekly schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>Before getting started<\/strong>, please fill out this form to confirm your information and start your trial this Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n                <div class=\"ml-embedded\" data-form=\"GFWEcs\"><\/div>\n            \n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll have access to a new live class every week, and you\u2019ll also be able to replay it as many times as you like thanks to the recording. This gives you the chance to better absorb what we practiced in class, and also helps you improve\u2014because \u201cpractice brings progress.\u201d It also allows you to practice daily, and consistency brings great benefits for your body, energy, and even your mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In each class, we\u2019ll explore different parts of the body using a variety of exercises suitable for all levels. Always listen to your body, your limits, and your abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll only need a stable chair\u2014no wheels, no armrests. Make sure to set up in a space where you have enough room to open your arms and legs.
