About
Roberta Arguello is trained in multiple yoga disciplines. Actively involved in the artistic community, her areas of expertise also include drama, dance, singing and choreography.
Inclusive yoga, online and in person
For over three years, she has been sharing her passion at the Quebec Foundation for the Blind, both online and in person. With deep conviction, she believes yoga is for everyone. She also teaches prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga with baby, and yoga for individuals aged 60 and up. For her, offering well-being through movement is a concrete way to contribute to a gentler world. Because when mothers lead by example — present, strong, and attuned to themselves — they plant the seed in their children of the importance of self-care.
A free YouTube channel for daily self-care
You can also explore her YouTube channel, a free space where she shares short meditations, breathing techniques, and accessible yoga sessions in both English and French. Chair yoga, bed yoga, wall yoga, vacation yoga… everything is there to support your well-being day by day, no matter your level or mobility.
For those who want to go further, she offers 15-minute chair yoga subscriptions at very affordable prices.. A wonderful way to enhance your wellness practice or gently build a daily routine. Experience the positive impact of dedicating just a few moments each day to your well-being.
