All you need is a yoga mat and a bit of space to move freely. Depending on the style of yoga you choose, the space requirements may vary — but don’t worry, I’ll guide you through everything. Some styles may also require props like blocks, a strap, or a bolster — I’ll help you prepare so you feel completely supported.

Here are the styles I offer, tailored to your needs and level:
