Here’s what you’re giving:

An introduction to chair yoga with 7 pre-recorded classes, each 15 minutes long.

A 3-month subscription: a 15-minute live session every Wednesday, at 8:00 AM in English or 8:30 AM in French. Each session is available as a replay for 7 days.

Once I receive the information, you’ll get a beautiful customizable virtual gift card by email. You can fill it out and offer it to that person. They’ll then be able to register easily using the gift card.
