how chair yoga became my breath of fresh air at a time when my body needed gentle care.

It was during a difficult period. My foot and knee were hurting, preventing me from doing my usual yoga practice. I felt frustrated, stuck. And yet... I discovered something deeply soothing: chair yoga.
Sitting down, breathing deeply, I felt my tension melt away. My spine straightened, my mind calmed down. The best part? All I needed was a chair, 5 to 15 minutes, and my breath.
