Included group lessons:
- 15 minute live chair yoga every Wednesday 8:00 am
- The recording of chair yoga will be available for 7 days
- 30 minute yin-yang pre-recorded class every week and it will be available for 7 days ( Only in French )
Online subscription for chair yoga ONLY: 25$ per month
Private classes online
- 1 class of 60 minutes: 55$
- 5 classes of 60 minutes: 50$ each
- 10 classes of 60 minutes: 45$ each
Prenatal and Postnatal private classes
- 1 class online of 45 minutes: 55$
- 5 classes online of 45 minutes: 50$ each
- 10 classes online of 45 minutes: 45$ each
